This place is great! Small town retro feel. Attached to the town’s cinema, giving it a neat hometown feel. The sandwiches were really good and the pasta looked amazing.

Greg & Kerri Smith purchased the property, including restaurant space and the Center Cinema theater complex, from Greg Smith’s mother, Dione Smith. Dione ran Center Cinema for many years and what is now 3 Brothers was a simple ice cream parlor. Dione retired and passed the family business down to Greg & Kerri. And the Bistro was named for the Smith’s three boys. The bistro has been completely redesigned, with a few pieces of memorabilia from the past. Stop in for a bite and some interesting stories from Hardin’s past.
Passing through Hardin, choices were limited. This was the highest rated place, though reviews were a little mixed. We shared a salad and pizza. Both were excellent!
The food is excellent and presented well. On Friday night try the sirloin you won’t be sorry. Best ever.
